I was 14 when I started learning the craft of designing from my dad, also a designer. Twelve years on, it’s become how I think — about products, and about most things outside them. Food, travel, sneakers, fashion, combat sports. The interests look unrelated, but they sharpen the same instinct. “Everything you’re drawn towards is a piece of you that’s attempting to speak back.”
